The command line option --billing generates a secure link that allows you to directly log in to your account's billing page. A common use for it is to be able to update your billing information if you have forgotten your password. To use this option, quit SpiderOak ONE. Don't just minimize the application, shut it down completely, and be sure that all SpiderOak ONE processes have closed correctly. Open a terminal or command prompt window. At the prompt, enter the appropriate command and execute it by pressing enter:
cmd /c "C:\Program Files\SpiderOakONE\SpiderOakONE.exe" --billing
This will generate a secure link. Copy and paste it into a web browser. The link will automatically log you in to your online account and allow you to update your billing information.
Under some circumstances this command will return the value "False" instead of a link. This indicates a problem with your account. In that case, please contact our support team with the exact text of the error and mentioning the email address associated with your SpiderOak ONE account.
