You can access and print your receipts, update your account and billing information, and review your billing history by selecting the Account link in the SpiderOak ONE application on your computer, then choosing Edit next to Credit Card / Billing Information. This will launch a secure window in your browser. Alternatively, you can also access this information by logging in online and choosing the Account tab.
However you get there, in the Account page you can update your account information. To view or print a receipt, choose the Account History link in the top right corner. You will be shown your billing history. Each successful payment will have a Receipt link; follow it to view the receipt. One minor annoyance is that the Print This Receipt link on it is not currently working. We'll be fixing that, but in the meantime you may print this page using your browser's normal print function.
SpiderOak ONE is oriented toward personal use, where invoices for tax purposes are not an issue. For that reason, and because we wish to minimize the personal information that users must provide us, receipts do not show the purchaser's name, address, or tax identification number.
SpiderOak does not collect VAT, sales, or other taxes, and for that reason no mention of them is made on the receipt.
