The Reports page offers a quick glance at your account statistics, such as number of devices per user, ShareRooms, and average storage size. It also contains common reports to help you make sure that your users are backing up regularly and staying within storage and activity guidelines. All reports can be exported to a .csv file.
LOGS:
The Manage Logs button contains a high level view of the Administrator’s actions within the Management Console. To download more detailed information for troubleshooting purposes, select Download Logs. The download will automatically begin.
FILTER COLUMNS:
Additional user information can be selected under the Filter Columns heading. These settings will not hold between logins. Columns may be sorted by clicking the column titles. These will sort by ascending or descending order, noted by a small arrow.
Customizing Reports
The URL of each report can be customized by changing the numbers at the end. Each set of numbers is a seconds count that defines the range of time used in the report.
For example, the default values in the report Users who haven't backed up recently, which has the description of "Users who have backed up in the last month, but have not backed up in the last two weeks", looks like this:
/users/?search_by=recently_stopped_uploading=2592000|1209600
The first value, 2592000, is the number of seconds in 30 days. The second value, 1209600, is the number of seconds in 14 days. You can customize the report by changing either of the values.
